These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the sale of products by Miami Aero LLC, doing business as Aero Filmz ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 6911 NW 43rd St, Miami, FL 33166, and your use of aerofilmz.com. By placing an order, requesting samples, applying for dealer pricing, or using the site, you agree to these Terms.
We sell automotive vinyl wrap, paint protection film, install tools, and related supplies to the public and to trade accounts. We supply film. We do not install it. Product descriptions, colors, and specifications are provided in good faith, and screen colors are approximate. Order a free sample to confirm a color before buying a roll.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. A price shown at checkout is the price for that order. Written quotes for bulk orders, distributor pricing, or custom lengths are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless the quote says otherwise. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before an order ships, and you may cancel for a full refund if you don't accept the corrected price.
Full payment is required before an order ships. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Returned or failed payments and chargebacks on delivered orders are a breach of these Terms, and you agree to pay any resulting fees and reasonable costs of collection.
Orders ship from our Miami warehouse within 72 hours of payment. Free shipping applies to orders over $99 within the continental United States. Delivery times after shipment depend on the carrier and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. Local pickup is available by appointment only.
Unopened, uncut full rolls in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery with a return authorization. Email us before sending anything back. The buyer pays return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days after the roll arrives and passes inspection. Film cut to length, opened or partially used rolls, samples, and sample books are final sale.
Inspect every roll before you install it. Report shipping damage or a film defect within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box, the label with the lot number, and the issue. We will replace the roll or refund it and cover the return shipping. Film that has already been installed is handled as a warranty claim under Section 7.
Color change vinyl carries a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for exterior use when installed and cared for according to our published guides. Paint protection film is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty covers replacement film or a refund of the purchase price at our option. It does not cover labor, installation errors, improper surface prep, damage from accidents, chemicals, abrasion, or neglect, or normal wear. To make a claim, register the install and email photos with your order number and lot number. This warranty is the only warranty we give, and all implied warranties are limited to its duration.
Dealer pricing is available to approved businesses at our discretion and applies to film only. It may not be combined with other promotions. We may review, change, or end a dealer account at any time.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for lost profits, labor costs, downtime, or any indirect or consequential damages.
The content, images, and design of this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission. You agree not to misuse the site or interfere with its operation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when the order is placed.
